• Would you like to purchase my used good/faulty LTO related parts?

  Yes! We would love to buy your working or defective materials like LTO drives, Switches, Servers etc. 

  Send us an email with a list of what you want to sell and our team will provide you with a fair and reasonable offer for your parts. Don't forget to mention the state of the products!

• Why did I not receive a tracking number?

  No need to worry, our automated systems should send you a tracking number at the point of dispatch. If you believe your package has shipped and you do not have a tracking number, please get in touch.

• What are the shipping costs?

  Determining shipping costs depends on a number of different factors, including destination, weight and your preference for regular or express shipping. Please contact our sales team via [email protected], who will be happy to provide you with the required information. 

   

• Do you accept returns?

  Yes, we accept returns. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with an ordered product, or if it does not meet your requirements, it can be returned within the specified return period. Please use the RMA button at the top right of this webpage, and after you have entered all the requested details and information, we will contact you as soon as possible.
